Here is a photograph of Killian Robinson (Mr Kiely’s 6th Class) wearing the jersey worn by his cousin Paul Robinson in a recent European Indoor 1500m final held in Poland.
Paul was representing Ireland at the European Championships and came through the heats to take his place in the final.
Killian is also a keen athlete and will hopefully some day emulate Paul by representing Athy and Ireland at the highest level. Killian is part of the Tri Athy Club and is a strong runner, cyclist and swimmer.
