Greenschool Action Day on Marine Life

27th February 2025

For the last two years our Greenschool committee have been working hard on the theme of the Marine Environment. Last Tuesday we had our Greenschool Action Day where all children in the school spent some time focusing on the plants and animals that live in the sea, how marine litter is affecting climate change and the steps we can take to help. Our younger classes read some stories and drew pictures about rubbish on the beach and our older classes completed some fabulous projects on the theme. This booklet is a sample of some of those projects as well as some interesting information videos about the Marine Environment and can be viewed by clicking HERE
