Congratulations to everyone who took part in the 5th and 6th class Spelling Bee held last week here in Scoil Phádraig Naofa. Our winner Lynn Murray from Ms. Foy’s 6th Class won the €50 Eason Voucher and will now go forth to represent our school in the Kildare Spelling Bee County Final.
Congratulations also to Harry Walsh from Mr. Hogan’s 6th class who took home the €30 Voucher and Charlie Mooney from Ms. Clifford’s 6th who took third place and a €20 Eason Voucher.
The standard of spelling exhibited on the day was extremely high and we have no doubt that Lynn will make us all proud when representing our school in the next phase.
Well done again to everyone who took part and thanks again to our diligent 4th Student Council members on organising a great event!
