Well done to 4th Class pupils Caoimhe, Niamh and Lillianna from Mr Carbery’s class who came to the aid of an injured wood pigeon on the school grounds yesterday morning. They brought the injured bird to the attention of Susan who contacted Kildare Wildlife Rescue who then arrived to take the bird into their care.
They then sent a lovely email to the school which you can read below.
